Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 working days from our UK print facility. Standard UK delivery then takes 3–5 additional working days via Royal Mail or DPD. Most customers receive their order within 5–8 working days of placing it.
Is delivery free?
Free UK delivery on orders over £50. Standard delivery from £2.99 for smaller orders. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes. All orders include tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has shipped.
Can I collect my order in person?
No. Wild Thread Co is a print-on-demand studio — every product is made to order and shipped directly from our print partner. There is no physical shop to collect from.
Printing & Quality
Where are products printed?
All products are printed in the United Kingdom. We are a UK independent print studio — every item is designed in-house and printed to order on premium materials.
What paper are art prints printed on?
Art prints use 200gsm enhanced matte paper with archival pigment inks. Rich colour reproduction that will not fade on a sunny wall for decades.
What sizes are art prints available in?
Most designs are available in A4, A3, A2 and A1. All sizes fit standard off-the-shelf frames including IKEA Ribba and Sannahed ranges without trimming.
Do prints come framed?
Unframed art prints are delivered flat in a protective card-backed envelope. We also offer framed versions with a premium wooden frame and shatter-resistant acrylic glazing — see our Framed Art Prints range.
What are the mugs made from?
Our mugs are premium ceramic, 11 fluid ounces (325ml). Dishwasher and microwave safe. Glossy white finish with a vibrant, fade-resistant print.
What are the tote bags made from?
Heavyweight 100% cotton canvas with reinforced long handles. Roomy, eco-friendly, and reusable. Great for shopping, books, beach, or everyday carry.
What are the t-shirts and hoodies made from?
T-shirts are 100% ringspun cotton, mid-weight 180gsm, regular fit, sizes S–3XL. Hoodies are an 80/20 cotton-polyester blend with a brushed fleece interior. Both are premium unisex fits.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, email us with your order number and we will arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We pack all orders carefully, but if something arrives damaged please photograph it and email us within 7 days. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders enter production quickly. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to cancel or amend it. After that we cannot guarantee we can stop production, but we will do our best.
The Designs
Are your designs original?
Yes. Every design in the Wild Thread Co range is an original illustration created by our studio. We do not use stock images or licensed third-party artwork.
Do you do custom or personalised designs?
We do not currently offer custom or personalised designs. All products are from our existing illustrated collection.
Can I use your designs commercially?
No. All designs are the exclusive property of Wild Thread Co. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.
Payments & Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Are prices in GBP?
Yes. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. We ship to UK addresses only.
Is the website secure?
Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store payment card details.

Order personalised Christmas gifts no later than 10 December to allow for production and standard UK delivery by 24 December. During peak periods, processing times can increase to 5–7 days.
