How We Make Your Order
All Wild Thread Co products are made to order. When you place an order, it's sent to our UK printing partner (Gelato) who produces it at a UK facility and ships it directly to you.

Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can track your order via the Royal Mail website using the tracking number provided.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We cannot ship to:
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Northern Ireland
- Isle of Man, Channel Islands
- International addresses
We hope to expand our delivery coverage in the future.
Delivery for Gifts
If you're sending a gift directly to the recipient, simply enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. We don't include pricing information in the package.
What If My Order Hasn't Arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@thewildthread.co.uk with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
